The Lamborghini Urus is one of the fastest SUVs in the world. Large five-door family car with excellent ground clearance and off-road capability. The Urus has emerged to revive the spirit of the LM 002 for the 21st century, arriving at a time when the SUV revolution is in full swing. Shared with the Audi RS Q8, Porsche Cayenne Coupe and Bentley Bentayga, the 4.0-litre turbocharged V8 engine on the MLBevo platform powers the oversized 641-hp Rambo Lambo. Comes up in 3.6 seconds.

The Urus is not only quick when it comes to picking up speed, but it’s just as commanding when it comes to a stop. The standard carbon-ceramic brakes are massive, with 17.3-inch rotors behind the front wheels that are larger than most commuter car wheels. They bring the Urus to a 62 mph stop in just 110.5 feet. With all that power and the expected off-road potential, the drive is fully provided. This is a rear-bias system with a standard 40/60 front/rear split under standard conditions, but the Torsen self-locking center differential allows this offset to be shifted, sending up to 70% of torque to the front axle or up to 87% of torque to the rear. From there, the rear differential assists mechanical torque vectoring, turning the Urus into any surface.

Like the exterior of the Urus, the interior design is hard to mistake for anything else. The hexagonal design elements are a clear Huracan family trait, and the starter cover on the center console, like a jet fighter, has become something of a hallmark of the Lamborghini brand. Ultra-supportive sports seats have matching upholstery that screams performance, looking through the steering wheel at Lamborghini’s digital instrument cluster is familiar to Huracan owners. The customization options are also endless, with everything from leather to carbon fiber available for most. There is also no sharp corner and the surface appears flawless. This may be the best Lamborghini cabin design that can accommodate five people.
